Ronda is a wonderful agent! Escrow was a bit of a roller coaster because of a few condition issues with the house, but Ronda made sure that everything was taken care of and the house was in great shape before we closed escrow. The sale would NOT have gone through without Ronda persistently pushing the seller and listing agent to get what needed to be done, done.
