My husband and I were needing to find a home quickly in a VERY competitive market (January 2013). Houses were under contract before you could even see them. I had a newborn so I was up at all hours. I got the listing email usually around 3-4 am. I saw a house that I loved and texted her immediately. She actually responded very early and got us in by 9. She guided is making an appropriate offer and we were under contract immediately. Four more offers came in right after for more money! Escrow had its challenges due to complicated financing and Ronda kept the sellers committed, even after our cut off date. She was always very responsive and very calming during a stressful time. Ronda was awesome! When we first contacted her, we told her we were not in a hurry and we’ d wait a week to meet her. That day we found a house we wanted to put an offer on and we immediately contacted her about giving us a hand. We met her later in the afternoon and she had already checked the comps and contacted the selling Realtor. We made an offer that day and two days later accepted a counter offer. In the meantime, she helped us with a half a dozen other homes we checked as back ups. Her customer service and responsiveness to our needs (and plethora of questions) placed her well above other realtors. Additionally, unlike other realtors we ran across during our hunt, she was never pushy or demanding and was extremely patient with us! Her other traits include a great sense of humor, extremely courteous, always punctual, professional, intelligent, reliable and respectful.
